Diabetic Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small boxes sugar-free Jell-O
    1/2 c. hot water
    16 oz. cottage cheese
    8 oz. lite Cool Whip
    1 large can lite crushed pineapple (do not drain)
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Mix pineapple and cottage cheese with Jell-O. Stir well. Stir in Cool Whip. Put in bowl and refrigerate overnight.
