Party Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 can potato soup
    1 can celery soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine soups with softened cream cheese.
    Add sour cream, green pepper, onion and seasoning.
    Put potatoes in 3-quart shallow baking dish. Pour soup mixture over potatoes and stir. Spread evenly.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
