Pineapple Rice Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ribs pascal celery
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 c. dry cooked rice
    1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
    1/3 c. shallots
    1/3 c. mushrooms
Preparation
    Lightly saute shallots and mushrooms.
    Lightly saute rice in butter or chicken fat.
    Chop celery.
    Combine ingredients and use as stuffing for chicken or Cornish game hens.
