Granny Steele'S Banana-Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. soda
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 ripe bananas, mashed (1 c.)
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly all ingredients.
    Place in loaf pan which has been greased and floured.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Recipe may be doubled and 1 loaf frozen.
