3 Tbsp. oil
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brandy
2/3 c. heavy cream
1 pkg. green peppercorn sauce
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. green peppercorns
