Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    4 med. carrots chopped
    3 med. potatoes cubed
    1 med. onion chopped
    1 slice bread cut in 1 inch squares
Preparation
    Mix all together and pour in greased 13 X 9 pan. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 2 hours.
