Lee'S Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked turkey
2 c. finely chopped celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
3/4 c. cooked rice
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small jar diced pimientos
small pkg. slivered almonds
1 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation

Mix all ingredients (except for cornflakes) and pour into oblong pyrex pan or casserole dish. Cornflakes are then spread on top of mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes & serve hot.
