1/2 c. small curd creamed cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. Dijon or other favorite mustard
1 egg
1/2 c. butter or margarine, cold
6 (5-inch) pre-cooked Polish sausages or Bratwurst
1 Tbsp. milk

Deviled eggs are an appetizer everyone enjoys.
This piquant version, flavored with ham, mustard and capers, is also good for a lunch salad.
