B~B~Q Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 - 6 lb. beef brisket, cut off excess fat
    garlic salt
    1 (3 oz.) bottle of liquid smoke
Preparation
    Sprinkle brisket generously with garlic salt.
    Place in cooking bag.
    Pour liquid smoke over brisket.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 6 hours or until tender.
