Carrot Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. grated carrots
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in one bowl, then add remaining ingredients.
Use paper cupcake holders or just cupcake pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Use toothpick for doneness. Makes 30 to 36 per batch.
