Five Soup Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger (lean)
    2 medium onions
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can beef barley soup
    1 can chicken rice soup
    1 can mushrooms, stemmed
    8 oz. chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion together; drain off fat.
    Add soups and mix well.
    Fold in 2/3 of noodles.
    Place in a large casserole, 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with remaining noodles.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Yield: 10 servings.
    Carbohydrate 25 g, protein 23 g, fat 23 g, calories 399.
    One serving = 3 medium fat exchange, 1 1/2 bread starch exchange, 2 fat exchange.
