Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
cooked lasagne noodles
Parmesan cheese
cottage or Ricotta cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
-
Brown meat, add onions and garlic.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Add next 9 ingredients; simmer 2 hours.
Use thin layer of sauce first so noodles will not stick to pan.
Layer cooked noodles, 1 layer Parmesan cheese, 1 layer cottage or Ricotta cheese, 1 layer Mozzarella cheese and 1 layer sauce.
