Peach-Honey Sorbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. peaches
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Puree peaches in their juice along with honey and lemon juice. Freeze.
Remove sorbet just before it gets too solid and puree again.
Put back into freezer until ready to serve.
