Quick Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large potatoes
milk
salt
pepper
1 c. grated cheese
garlic salt
cracker crumbs
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Boil potatoes in skins.
Peel and slice into 1/4 to 1/2-inch slices.
Place in casserole.
Measure enough milk to cover potatoes.
Put salt, pepper and garlic salt into the milk.
Stir in enough cracker crumbs to thicken mixture.
Pour in margarine, stir in cheese.
Pour this mixture over potatoes, top with cracker crumbs.
Place in 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
