Hummus (Chickpea Spread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rinsed chickpeas
    1 to 1 1/2 c. cold water
    2 tsp. salt
    5 medium garlic cloves, crushed in garlic press
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2/3 c. tahini
Preparation
    Put chick peas, garlic and salt in food processor with 1/2 cup water and tahini.
    Add lemon juice and rest of water slowly until it is the consistency of a smooth paste, suitable for dipping. Good with pita bread triangles.
