Oriental Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded fine
    4 stalks celery or more, chopped
    1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. sliced, toasted almonds
    4 Tbsp. black sesame seed, roasted in 300~ oven
    4 boneless chicken breasts
Preparation
    Bake chicken in oven for 30 minutes; cut in cubes when cool. Fry some wontons which have been cut in 3 or 4 pieces in small amount of oil until lightly browned, then cut in small pieces and add to salad just before serving.
