Dilly Casserole Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 egg, beaten
1 c. cottage cheese, warmed
1/4 tsp. soda
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. melted oleo
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. instant onions
2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Warm cottage cheese.
Dissolve soda in cheese liquid. Add beaten egg, soda, sugar, oleo, salt and yeast mixture.
Stir in flour, dill seed and onion flakes.
Cover. Let rise 1 hour.
Stir down.
Pat in a 9-inch casserole. Cover and let rise until double (about 40 minutes). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Brush top with oleo. Sprinkle with coarse salt.
