Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. golden raisins
    3 Tbsp. caraway seed
    2 beaten eggs
    1 3/4 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. melted Crisco
Preparation
    Sift together the already sifted flour with the sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Add the raisins and caraway seed to the dry mixture.
    Mix together the eggs, buttermilk and Crisco. Combine with dry ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    (I bake it in a greased cast-iron skillet.)
