Corn Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
    2 tsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 egg
    1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Put generously greased corn stick pans in 475\u00b0 oven and preheat for 5 minutes.
    Remove and add corn bread mixture.
    Pans will sizzle.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Fills two pans.
