Scotch Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. softened unsalted butter
    1 c. granulated sugar
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add flour slowly.
    Dough will be soft and smooth.
    Chill dough.
    This cookie can be rolled between wax paper and cut 1/4 inch thick (small cutter).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until very light brown.
