Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. cut up rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 small box red jello
1 small bag miniature marshmallows
1 box yellow cake mix
Preparation

Put rhubarb in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch lightly greased pan. Top with sugar and red jello.
Sprinkle miniature marshmallows over that.
Top with yellow cake mix, mixed according to directions.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Will be shaky when done.
Turn out on plate.
