Veggie-Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 green onions, chopped
    8 stalks celery, chopped
    3 oz. raw broccoli, chopped
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    16 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
    1 green pepper or 8 oz. cauliflower, chopped
    1 small can (4 oz.) sliced black olives
    4 garlic cloves
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasonings
    1 tsp. salt or salt substitute
    1/2 lb. mixed vegetable rotini
    1/2 lb. tortellini
    1 pt. creamy garlic salad dressing
    1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix together the onions, celery, broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes, pepper, olives and garlic.
    Add the olive oil and seasonings to mixture and toss; set aside.
