Turkey Or Chicken Rollettes Florentine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. turkey or chicken cutlets
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted
3/4 c. italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. shredded light mozzarella cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten (or egg substitute)
8 oz. can plain tomato sauce
1/2 c. Chablis
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation

Flatten cutlets.
Combine spinach, bread crumbs, cheese and egg.
Spread mixture over cutlets.
Roll with stuffing inside and place seam side down in non stick baking dish.
Combine tomato sauce, wine, onion and garlic.
Pour over cutlets.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Uncover during last 20 minutes of baking.
Spoon on sauce.
Serves 8.
