Fish Alyeska - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    uncooked fish fillets (sole or pollack)
Preparation
    Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream and onions together.
    Put fillets in a shallow baking pan.
    Spread mixture over uncooked fillets.
    Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
