Kassidy'S "Another Saturday Night" Steak Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. B.V. broth and sauce concentrate (look for it in the grocery on the shelf where they sell A.1. sauce)
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/4 c. lemon juice

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in small saucepan.
Bring to boil over low heat.
Brush over steaks and marinate about 1 hour.
Brush remainder on steaks while grilling.
This sauce is also good for roasts.
