Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 boxes frozen spinach, thaw and drain excess water
1 pt. (16 oz.) sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Knorr dry vegetable soup or Lipton onion soup mix (add onion to taste if using the dry vegetable soup mix)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and serve in a dish with cubed bread to dip.
Great with Italian or pumpernickel bread.
