Salmon Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can salmon
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
dash of pepper
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Drain salmon.
Discard bones and dark skin. Fork into flakes. Mix salmon with crumbs, salt and pepper. Beat eggs slightly.
Add to mixture with mayonnaise and margarine.
Shape into patties and fry in oil until brown on both sides.
