Chinese Dish (Special)(This Is A War Time Recipe.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean pork, cut in cubes
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. fat
    2 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 c. boiling water
    1 large green pepper, diced
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. cold water
    fine noodles
Preparation
    Brown lean pork cubes slowly with salt, onion, garlic and fat. Add chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in boiling water.
    Cook slowly 10 minutes.
    Add green pepper and celery.
    Cover.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Slowly blend in cornstarch, soy sauce and cold water; cook until thick, stirring constantly.
