Buttermilk Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick oleo
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. buttermilk (1/2 c. milk and 1/2 tsp. vinegar)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and salt in bowl.
In saucepan bring to boil oleo, cocoa, water and oil.
Pour over flour mixture.
Beat and add buttermilk, eggs, vanilla and soda.
Pour into greased pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
