Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp. garlic clove, minced
1 c. onion, finely chopped
2/3 c. green pepper, finely chopped
4 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. cumin
1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans with liquid
1/2 tsp. salt, or to taste
1/2 c. water
2 c. (16 oz.) canned crushed tomatoes
Preparation

Cook beef, garlic, onion and green pepper in heavy skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently to break up meat.
Cook until onion is soft and meat has lost its pink color.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to boil; cover and reduce heat. Simmer the chili for 45 minutes, stirring frequently.
For hot chili, add Tabasco or cayenne pepper.
For thicker, add masa (corn flour).
