Foundation Sweet Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. lukewarm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. scalded milk
    6 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 beaten eggs
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve 2 packages yeast in 1 cup lukewarm water sweetened with 1 teaspoon sugar.
    Let stand 10 minutes, then stir well. Scald milk.
    Add oleo, 1/2 cup sugar and salt.
    Cool to lukewarm. Add 2 cups flour to make a batter.
    Add yeast mixture and 3 beaten eggs.
    Beat well.
    Add 5 cups flour, more or less, to make a soft dough.
    Knead lightly and place in greased bowl.
    Cover and set in warm place.
    Let rise 2 hours or until double in bulk.
    Punch down and use however you wish.
    Good for rolls and kuchen.
