Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
4 potatoes, cut into quarters or eighths
3 to 4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation

In a sealable bag, combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper. Toss the potatoes in flour mixture.
Melt butter in shallow baking dish.
Put potatoes in a single layer in dish.
Bake 1 hour in 375\u00b0 oven, turning once after 30 minutes.
