Fruity Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Nabisco 100% Bran
    1 c. apple juice
    1/4 c. Egg Beaters
    1/4 c. Fleischmann's margarine
    1/2 c. Polaner apricot all fruit, cut up
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
    1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix bran and juice.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir in Egg Beaters, margarine and fruit spread.
    Mix flour and baking powder. Stir into bran mixture until just blended.
    Stir in raisins and nuts.
    Spoon into greased muffin cups.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 1 dozen.
