Cream Biscuits (Baking Powder) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. self-rising flour plus additional flour (to use in shaping biscuits)
    1 c. heavy whipping cream
Preparation
    Combine flour and cream in a bowl with a fork, mixing just until flour is moist (the dough is too sticky to handle).
    Place 1/4 cup flour in another bowl.
    Drop approximately 2 tablespoons of dough into the flour; roll around until lightly coated.
    Take out and pat into a disc, about 1/2-inch thick.
    Place on ungreased pan.
    Let the biscuits rest for 5 minutes.
    Place in center of preheated 450\u00b0 oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Makes about 6 biscuits; 230 calories each.
