Peach Bavarian Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped fresh peaches
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. water
1 to 1 1/2 c. whipped cream (Cool Whip)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Combine peaches, lemon juice and salt.
Let stand 1 hour. Soften gelatin in water, then dissolve over low heat.
Combine with peach mixture and chill.
When mixture begins to thicken, fold in whipped cream.
Place in individual molds and chill until firm.
Serve with peach slice or whipped cream on top.
