One Pan Chicken And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 c. cubed chicken (Market Day cooked and diced is perfect for this)
    6 oz. uncooked broad noodles
    dash of nutmeg
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 1/4 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Combine all, except for chicken and noodles, in a deep skillet on top of stove.
    Stir until combined and starting to boil.
    Add chicken and noodles, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until noodles are tender.
