Low Cholesterol Chicken Madeira - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. rosemary leaves
    4 chicken breasts, skinned
    1 egg white, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    rind of 2 oranges
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
    1/3 c. Madeira or dry sherry
    8 to 10 mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Mix bread crumbs with garlic powder and rosemary.
    Dip the chicken in egg white and roll in seasoned bread crumbs.
    Brown both sides of chicken under the broiler.
    Place in a shallow baking dish.
