Sausage And Mushroom Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 1/2 lb. smoked kielbasa, cut into 1-inch rounds
    5 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
    4 carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
    3 medium onions, coarsely chopped
    1 c. fresh green beans, halved or frozen, thawed under running water
    3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 medium head cabbage, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    In a 5-quart Dutch oven or casserole, combine all ingredients except cabbage.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and stir. Add the cabbage. Cover and bake 30 to 45 minutes longer at 350\u00b0 or until vegetables are tender. Stir before serving. Serves 6.
