Mock Duck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    2 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 can tomatoes
    1 c. water
    salt, pepper, chopped parsley
Preparation
    Mix bread crumbs with parsley, butter, salt and pepper.
    Put dressing in center of steak.
    Roll steak; tie securely.
    Put 2 large tablespoons shortening in skillet and brown on both sides of roll.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add tomatoes and water. Cover and let simmer in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
