Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    2 lbs. cube steak
    1 large carrot sliced
Preparation
    Mix flour salt and pepper.
    Roll meat in flour and lightly brown in hot oil for 2 minutes on each side.
    Place in baking pan. Place onions and carrots over meat.
    Cover with gravy and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
