Rich Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
2 c. (16 oz.) small-curd cottage cheese
1 c. cubed process cheese (Velveeta)
3/4 c. egg substitute
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, cubed
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and cook on low for 2-1/2 hours or until the cheese is melted.
