Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can salmon, drained (reserve liquid)
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 egg
1 c. bread crumbs
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Knead together until thoroughly blended.
Add reserved liquid if mixture is dry. Shake mixture into cakes approximately 2-inches in diameter. Place in nonstick skillet and brown on both sides.
