Lemon Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. (8 oz.) lemon yogurt
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    whole strawberries
    quartered orange slices
    watermelon wedges
    pineapple spears
    honeydew melon spears
Preparation
    Beat cottage cheese on high speed of mixer until smooth, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in yogurt and lemon peel.
    Garnish with a little strawberry, orange slice and watermelon wedge.
    Serve with remaining fruit as dippers.
    Makes 1 2/3 cups.
