Green Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    chopped onions
    grated Cheddar cheese
    jalapenos, chopped
    2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil chicken; cool and remove meat from bones.
    Spread cream of chicken soup over corn tortillas.
    In a large casserole dish, lightly grease sides and bottom.
    Start with pieces of chicken on bottom, then continue to layer all ingredients, ending with tortillas.
    (Layers:
    chicken, onions, jalapenos, cheese and tortillas; repeat.)
    This makes several layers.
    Once layers are complete, pour excess soup over the top.
    Grate Cheddar cheese to cover the top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0.
    If baked same day, 30 to 45 minutes. If refrigerated and then baked, bake 1 hour.
