Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. air-popped corn
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. white corn syrup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon or vanilla extract
Preparation
    Cook sugar, water and syrup in saucepan to medium crack (280\u00b0).
    Add salt and extract.
    Pour over popcorn in large bowl sprayed with Pam.
    Shape into balls.
    Makes 12 balls.
