Cornmeal Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sour cream
    melted margarine
Preparation
    Sift together flour, cornmeal, soda, baking powder, sugar and salt.
    Blend egg into the sour cream.
    Stir in dry ingredients. Turn dough onto floured pastry cloth and knead lightly.
    Roll 1/4-inch thick.
    Cut with 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter.
    Brush with melted margarine.
    Crease and fold over.
    Sprinkle lightly with cornmeal.
    Place on baking sheet and bake in 425\u00b0 oven 8 to 10 minutes.
    Makes 10 to 12 rolls.
