Curried Apple-Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large apple, coarsely chopped
    1 c. tomato juice
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 green onions, thinly sliced
    2 tsp. curry powder
    4 tsp. grated unsweetened coconut
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients in a 4 cup glass measure or microwave-proof bowl.
    Cover tightly and cook on High for 4 to 6 minutes, or until heated through.
