Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
    2 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 lb. hot bulk sausage
Preparation
    Cut cheese into cubes. Place in top of double boiler.
    Cook over hot water, stirring frequently until melts. Place sausage, Bisquick and cheese in large mixing bowl. Mix well. Shape into small balls.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Freeze until firm.
    Place in plastic bag.
    Freeze.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
