Sweet Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. scalded milk
    1/4 c. Crisco
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    2 eggs, well beaten
    4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald milk (in microwave) and then put Crisco, sugar and salt into milk and dissolve.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Soften yeast in the lukewarm water, then add to milk mixture, along with eggs.
    Beat in flour.
    Let rise until light or doubled, about 1 hour.
    Knead well and shape into rolls.
    Let rise again (1 hour).
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
