Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or ham bone
    3 qt. water
    2 pkg. frozen vegetables (mixed)
    1 large potato, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, cut in pieces
    1 can tomato paste
    1 c. stick margarine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet or cook ham bone. Combine all other ingredients in large kettle and cook for 1 hour. Add meat and keep warm until served. The tomato paste is very important. It makes soup much better.
